Our interview was to be with Stefan Borg, CEO of Busy Bee, who takes pride in their ninety-year legacy as a household name in outside catering. Offering both B2B and B2C services, they faced challenges with disjointed processes due to using multiple software packages.

Through the expertise of MAP IT, Busy Bee successfully implemented SAP Business One, integrating all aspects of their business into a single source of truth. Our job was to take all of the above and create a high production value video clip portraying it, inclusive of storyboarding, all filming and editing, and creation of multiple clips with different lengths, intended for use on different social media platforms. In addition, all of this needed to be in adherence to SAP guidelines, and approved by SAP themselves, who supplied a lengthy tone of voice document and various templates to be used.

The end result can be watched on the SAP website; a challenging project indeed, but the shoot went very smoothly because everything was well planned for and thought of in advance, and the client loved the end result.
